Combine sweet &amp;amp; sour/mandarin sauce with meatballs in a 2 quart or larger pot or crockpot until heated through. Cook rice (3 Cups uncooked rice in bag). Serve meatballs over rice!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Chicken Potato Casserole -&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Put in the fridge to thaw overnight. Uncover and and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min until warmed through and bubbling. Remove and add crushed potato chips. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on the top of the casserole. Bake uncovered in the oven at 350 F for 35 min or until heated through. &lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="WHITE-SPACE: pre"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo&lt;/em&gt; -Remove from the frezzer the night before. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 15 min. Just until warmed through. Put it in the fridge. When thawed place in 400˚ oven for 20 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Chicken Packets - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Remove large bag from freezer the night before you wish to eat it and put it in the fridge to thaw. About 45 minutes before you wish to eat:&lt;br /&gt;Unroll crescent rolls.&lt;br /&gt;Each tube will contain 4 rectangles of dough with a diagonal perforation. Press dough along each perforation so the rectangle halves will not separate.&lt;br /&gt;Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle.&lt;br /&gt;Fold dough over the filling, and pinch the edges to seal tightly.&lt;br /&gt;Dip each packet in melted margarine, and coat with crouton crumbs.&lt;br /&gt;Place packets on a baking sheet.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 20 minutes @ 350˚ or until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;You can also make more small ones just by using the individual triangles. Serve with prepared gravy if you wish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Connie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Seasoned Roast&lt;/span&gt;- Place frozen roast in the crockpot at 8am. Put in one can of crm. of mushroom soup and sprinkle the top with onion soup mix. Cook on high all day turning once at about noon so it doesn't dry out. If your crockpot cooks really hot watch it and turn it down. Serving suggestion you can make gravy from the extra drippings and serve it with mashed potatoes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: normal"&gt;Shepards Pie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; - Remove foil so cheese does not stick to it. If thawed bake at 35o degrees for 30 min. If still frozen bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 min. Thaw and bake covered with foil for 25 min. at 350 F. Remove foil and bake for 5 min. until cheese is lightly browned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Stephanie&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Chicken Divan&lt;/span&gt; - Remove form freezer the night before. Bake at 350 F for 35 min. until cooked through. Serving suggestionis to serve over rice. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Chicken Enchiladas&lt;/em&gt; - Remove from frezzer the night before. Bake at 350 F for 35 min. until cooked through.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Allison&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Chicken Pot Pie&lt;/em&gt; - Bake at 350 F for 45 min if thawed. 1hr and 15 min if frozen. When it is bubbly in the middle. Open biscuits and cut into quarters. Place on top of the cooked ingredients. Replace pan in oven and cook for 12 more min until biscuits are golden  brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Beef Enchilada Casserole - &lt;/em&gt;Remove from freezer the night before. If thawed remove foil and bake 450 F for 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Rachel:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Chicken Tortilla Soup&lt;/em&gt; - Cook in crockpot 1 1/2 hrs on high or 4-6 hrs on low. Add 1/2 cup of uncooked rice in addition to the soup. Serve with sour cream, tortilla strips, sliced avacado, cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Taco Soup&lt;/span&gt; - Cook in crockpot 1 1/2 hrs on high or 4-6 hrs on low. Serve with sour cream, cheese and fritos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Every one needs to remember this is our first month so do not get discouraged. We will work out the kinks as we go.
